Form 2523 (10-66) RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 2056 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly held on the day of , 19..Q.L, the following Resolution waS offered by Member Grauel , seconded by Member Curley , to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 63 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 8 within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville from the West Corp. Limits to No:t'th CorP. Limits and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of HighW~~12~f?t Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. b202 35 (T.H, 8=63) ____; and llJREREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of t~le Department of Highways1-, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and 2,12-15 identified as ~.' P. h202- J 5 (T _ H. A=hJ) which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 63 renumbered as T::'UIlk ~t:_ghway Number 8 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and mEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in t,h8 foregoing recitals particularJy 'identified and described.
