Member Curley to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 280 within the corporate limits of the Villap;e of Roseville from the South Corp. Limits to Engineer's Station 99+71.07 and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Ninnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6241-17~ 6242-25 (T.H. 280=280) __; and tJHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of t~le Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as~!.E.:- 6241-17, 6242-25 (1.H. 280=280) which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered as Trunk r:I::.ghway Number 280 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as 80 marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions II as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate t.he plans and special provisions in t.hr:: foregoing recitals particll1arJy identified ~md described.
