<br />Bonds of this series maturing in the years 1969 through 1978 are payable <br />on their respective stated maturity dates~ without option of prior payment, but the <br />bonds of this series maturing in the years 1979 through 1989 are each subject to <br />redemption and prepayment in inverse order of serial numbers, at the option of the <br />Village, on April 1, 1978, and any interest payment date thereafter, at par and ac- <br />crued interest. Not less than thirty days before the date fixed for the redemption <br />of any of the bonds, the Treasurer will cause notice stating the amount, the serial <br />numbers and maturities of the bonds called for redemption to be published in a <br />financial periodical in a Minnesota city of the first class or its metropolitan <br />area, and to be mailed to the owner of the bond, if known, and to the bank at <br />which principal and interest are then payable; provided that notice of the call of <br />any bond for redemption shall be effective upon publication without mailing. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED that all acts, conditions and things <br />required by the Constitution and laws of the State of ~innesota to be done, to ex- <br />ist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to and in the issuance of this bond <br />in order to make it a valid and binding @eneral obligation of said Village according <br />to its terms, have been done, do exist, have happened and have been performed as so <br />required; that said General Improvement Bond Sinking Fund has been duly created and. <br />provision has been duly made for the support thereof by special assessments to be <br />levied upon property benefited by said improvements and ad valorem taxes, collectible <br />in the years and in aggregate amounts not less than 5% in excess of sums sufficient <br />to pay when due the principal of and interest on all bonds payable from said fund; <br />that if necessary to pay such principal and interest, additional ad valorem taxes <br />are required by law to be levied upon all taxable property within the corporate <br />limits of the Village, without limitation as to rate or amount; and that the issu- <br />ance of this bond does not cause the indebtedness of the Village to exceed any <br />constitutional or statutory limitation of indebtedness. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />by its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed in its bepalf bIfi .lhe f <br />signature of the Mayor, attested by the Village Clerk, and sealed ~ltbCW~s~ ctsr~or~ <br />ate seal, and the attached interest coupons and the certificate on the reverse side <br />hereof to be executed and authenticated by the facsimile signatures of said Mayor <br />and Clerk, all as of April 1, 1968. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />-7- <br />
