EXTRACT OF iHNUTES OF I'/lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNE SOTA, HELD HARCH 25, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 25,1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. 1he following members were present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Curley. Grauel. Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2063 i'JEEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area in the municipa Ii ty generally lying between T.H. 36. Cleveland Avenue, Fairview Avenue and Roselawn Avenue by installation of storm sewers. and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that ~~e proposed improvement is referred to the Banister Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council \vith all convenient speed. advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether thep:'oposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be Made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by r.lember Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon all present voted in favor thereof.
