<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement No. 67-39, <br /> <br />Councilman curley <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2064 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOH ORDERING IIIllPROVEMEL'ifT HO. 67-39 <br />UNDER AiID PURS(JA..;~T TO IJIIi'ii~ESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS M-1EdoDED. <br /> <br />BE' IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed Improvement <br />No. 67-39 consisting of the making of an improvement on <br />County Road B-2 from Fair~iew Avenue to Snelling Avenue, and <br />Fairview Avenue from Trunk Highway 36 to Bruce Avenue by the <br />installation of permanent street surfacing together with curb <br />and gutter and necessary storm sewer utilities at a cost <br />estima~ed presently to be approximately $300,070, all sub- <br />A~antially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file in the o~fice of the Village Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, <br />and that the area propesed to be assessed for sa~d tmprovement <br />will consist of the property as described in the notice of <br />hearing, or portion thereof, and that the acting village <br />engineers are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council final plans and specifications for the construction of <br />said improvement <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Linebarger <br /> <br />and upon roll call <br />
