EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of May, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8939 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT P-SW-89-16 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey under an agreement with the City of Roseville, constructed Hamline Avenue improvement P-SW-89-l6, Auditor No. 5967; and WHEREAS, on July 22, 1992, the City of Roseville approved the re-zoning from R-4 to R-2 for the property located at 1716 Hamline Avenue described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2, PIN 15-29-23-43-0042; and WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the city of Roseville levied assessments to all those properties benefited that had a zoning other than R-l or R-2; and WHEREAS, Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2 was assessed based on the old zoning of R-4 in the amount of $14,739.43; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the assessment amount of $14,739.43 be canceled and does hereby direct Ramsey County to remove the assessment from the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
