<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of May, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8939 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT P-SW-89-16 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey under an agreement with the City of <br />Roseville, constructed Hamline Avenue improvement P-SW-89-l6, Auditor <br />No. 5967; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 1992, the City of Roseville approved the re-zoning <br />from R-4 to R-2 for the property located at 1716 Hamline Avenue described <br />as Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2, PIN 15-29-23-43-0042; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the city of Roseville levied assessments <br />to all those properties benefited that had a zoning other than R-l or <br />R-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2 was assessed based on <br />the old zoning of R-4 in the amount of $14,739.43; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the assessment amount of $14,739.43 be canceled and does hereby <br />direct Ramsey County to remove the assessment from the assessment roll. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
