<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD APRIL 1, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sp~cf~r meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 1, 1968 at <br />7 : 30 P.!vl. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Actinp: Mayor Grauel, <br />Councilmen Shields, Curley, Linebarp:er <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />r,1ayor 1-1011 <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2066 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER <br />TO SIGN THE ATTACHED SECOND RIDER TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL AND <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign <br />a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolllition was <br />duly seconded by MemberLinebarpcrand upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen Shields, Curley and Linebarger <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Grauel, <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON I the said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
