<br />Extract of 4~inutes of l"leeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 1, 1968 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the Village nall on aonday, April 1, 1968, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br /> <br />and Councilmen Curley, Shields and Linebarger; <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Councilman Shields introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2067 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EUGIl~EE.RS PRLLIHlNARY <br />~PORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />DIPROVEi.~ENT NO. 68-12 <br /> <br />BE IT R~OLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows~ <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Com~any, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint <br />Paul, L1innesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasi- <br />bility of a proposed improvement in the area generally bounded <br />by Trunk highway 36, Western Avenue, County Road D, and vale Street <br />consisting of the construction of a system of storm sewers varying <br />in size from 12 inch to 36 inch and collecting and conveying the <br />storm waters from the generally described area and discharging <br />same into an open ditch extending approximately 800 feet south <br />from COunty Road B to the existing water course in B-Dale Villa <br />
