<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROV&~ENT NO. 68-12 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSE.VILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 29th day of April, 1968, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />68-12 consisting of the construction of a system of storm sewers <br />varying in size from 12 inch to 36 inch and collecting and <br />conveying the storm waters from the generally described area <br />and discharging same into an open ditch extending approximately <br />800 feet south from County Road B to the existing water course <br />in B-Dale Villa Park. The work also includes the reconstruction <br />of the aforementioned 800 feet of open ditch and includes the <br />construction of necessary inlets, catch basins, manholes, and the <br />restoration of street surfacing damaged in connection with the <br />construction of the project, all substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the Village Ilanager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimateo at <br />approximately $62,214. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement includes all parcels of property lying within the <br />following described boundary: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerlines <br />of County Road liB" and Bossard Drive, thence North on <br />said centerline of Bossard Drive to the South lot line <br />extended of Lot l7, Block 3, Ed Bossard Addition Plat 3, <br />thence East on said South lot line to the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot l7, thence North along the East lines <br />of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, all of said Block 3 to <br />the Northeast corner of said Lot 2l, thence Westerly along <br />the South right-of-way line of Trunk Highway #36 to a <br />point 289.6 feet East of the centerline of Dale Street, <br />thence South and parallel with said centerline of Dale <br />Street a distance of approximately 314.2 feet to the North <br />
