EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TliE VILLAGE COlmCIL or ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 1, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, flinnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 1, 1968, at 7:30 0' clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting [ilayor Graue 1, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger and Shields and the follO\'ling members were absent: Ilayor 1"1011 Member Shields introduced the following: resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2068 j'JHEREAS, the Village Pub lie Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for modification of that section of the Village watermain system lying within the Rose Vista Court apartments at Larpenteur Avenue and Fernwood Avenue by replacement of curb boxes ffi1d instUlation of valves and to present such plans and specifications to the Council for aiJproval; NO'!, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, p,linnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official vi llage paper and advertisement for bids upon making such iml'rovement under such approved plans and specifications. 'TIle advertise- ment shall be published for 10 days, shall specify the work to be done and shall state the bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 11:30 A.H. on April 19, 1968, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids \\Jill be considered unless sealed and filed wi th the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten per cent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the forepoinr resolution was duly seconded by [,lerlber Curley and upon Vote being taken thereon all present voted in favor thereof. iVHE RE UPON , the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopteJ.
