<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of tile Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 8, 1968, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2069 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fulham Street between <br />County Road Band T.H. 36 by installation of street surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer, and to assess the <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br />ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, ~tinnesota, that the proposed improvement is referred <br />to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
