EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 8, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of tile Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 8, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2069 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fulham Street between County Road Band T.H. 36 by installation of street surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, ~tinnesota, that the proposed improvement is referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
