The statute allows the appointment of "assistants" to perform the statutory <br />weed duties of the Mayor. Annually in the first week of the new year, the Mayor appoints <br />the assistant(s). <br />I, Mayor Craig Klausing, do hereby designate the City of Roseville Community <br />Development Department Codes Coordinator as the duly authorized and designated <br />Assistant Weed Inspector for the City of Roseville, pursuant to Minn.
