City Manager Future Agenda Review <br />City Manager Malinen briefly reviewed trie draft of future agenda meetings, specifically <br />those items caming up at the May 12 and May I9, 200$ rneetings; in addition to inter- <br />views for City Cauncil and I-�RA �acancies. Mr. Malinen noted that a joint mee�ng of <br />the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Com�nission was scheduled for the <br />June 9; 2008 meeting. <br />Further discussion included the status of ihe progosed agenda for a joint meeting wifh the <br />Rosevil�e Schaal District Baard; and whether a date had been established for the meeting, <br />with IV�r, Malinen advising that staff was st111 wor�Cing with calendar schedules of indi- <br />vidual Co�ncilrnembers. <br />15. Cauncil�nember=Initiated Items for Fut�re Meetings <br />Councitmember Pust reminded the p�ibf�c of the upcoming application dead�ines for the <br />City Council and �II2A vacancies and encouraged residents to appIy far either seat. <br />Counailmembez� Roe, nating the extensive agenda �ar the upcoming May 12; 2008 <br />agenda, suggested that if possible, staff relocate any iiems possible to the May 19, 2008 <br />meeting agenda. <br />16.
