<br />/01' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of tbe <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pusuant to due call and notice tbereof, a regular meeting of tbe Village <br /> <br />Council of tbe Village of Roseville, Farnsey County, Minnesota, 'Was duly beld in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 Nortb Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on MOnday, tbe <br /> <br />8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members 'Were present: Hayor f-.1011. Councilman Curley. <br />Grauel. Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and tbe following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2081 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO APWRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of tbe Village of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br /> <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964 was cer- <br /> <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels <br /> <br />of property contained witbin said assessment roll as amended, have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tbe Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the ori- <br /> <br />ginal assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br /> <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against tbe following des- <br /> <br />cribed properties: <br />
