Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Im30LU'I'ION NO. 2083 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO SANITARY Sl1'WER IMPROVEMENT NO.3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last <br />- <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey COUIltJ on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contall1ed in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been diVided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
