EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />~ ~ ~ ~ * ~ * ~ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of January 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Johnson, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10681 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br />MINNESOTA BRASS. <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Brass has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling <br />activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Brass has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Minnesota Brass to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Johnson, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
