<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD April 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 8, 1968 <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor r'loll, Counci Imen Curley, <br />G~aliel'. Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2086 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con, Inc. has filed an application with the <br />Village of Roseville for the approval of a plat known as "Westwood <br />Village Townhouses Plat 1"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plat is for townhouse development and not <br />for the usual single family development as most subdivision plats <br />filed under the Roseville Subdivision Regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approval of Westwood Village Townhouses <br />Plat 1 would not interfere with the general purposes of the subdivision <br />regulations of the Village of Roseville and by waiving strict compliance <br />would not interfere with the overall planning of the Village; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The approval of Westwood Village Townhouses Plat 1 <br />does not interfere with the overall plat of the Village of Roseville <br />and it would be an undue hardship on the developer of said plat to <br />require strict compliance with the subdivision regulations since the <br />subdivision regulations of the Village of Roseville are applicable <br />to single family dwellings and not townhouse developments. <br />
