ORDINANCE NO. 1371 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE lO OF THE CITY CODES SPECIFICALLY SECTIONS <br />1010.03 O PERTAINING TO TEMPORARY SIGNS -PERMITS REQUIRED; TEMPORARY <br />SIGNS PERMITS NOT REQUIRED: AND MASTER SIGN PLANS <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Section 1010.03 <br />(Permits) A (Required) 3 a-e (Temporary Signs) is hereby amended as follows: <br />1010.03 PERMITS: <br />1010.03A3 (Temporary Signs) <br />a. PERMIT REQUIRED: permits for temporary signs, grand openings signs, <br />special event signage and other attention getting devices maybe issued for <br />searchlights and/or balloons not exceeding 2 feet in the largest dimension, <br />tents, laser light shows, and similar attention getting devices, maybe <br />issued. Temporary signs shall be comprised/constructed of durable all- <br />weathermaterials (such as but not limited to plywood, coreaplast (plastic <br />foam-core) alumacore, and polycarbonate (Lexan) mounted to the building <br />wall or be freestanding. <br />b. DURATION: During any calendar year, temporary signs, grand opening <br />signs, special event signs, and other attention getting devices maybe in <br />place no more than 20 days, which duration may be broken into multiple <br />events/days not exceeding a total of 20-days per calendar year.- <br />c. SIZE: The surface area of a temporary sign shall not exceed ~3 32 sq. ft. <br />This area shall be in addition to permanent, window, or other signage <br />allowed elsewhere in this chapter. <br />d. LOCATION: Freestanding temporary signs shall be set back a minimum <br />of 15 feet from a property line. <br />SECTION Z. Business and Industrial Property: For the purpose of selling, renting, <br />and leasing business/industrial properties the following shall apply: <br />
