<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 8, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2087 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER <br />TO SIGN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE AND URBAN SCHULTZ. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been detennined by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville that the property being sold in the attached <br />Exhibit "A" is no longer of any value or use to the Village as the <br />same was acquired originallYfor storm drainage purposes and since <br />then storm sewers have been installed and therefore the property <br />no longer serves any public use and it is a surplus to the Village <br />of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign a contract, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made <br />a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution:. <br /> <br />Moll, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br />
