EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Johnson, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following <br />were absent: none <br />Councilmember Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10685 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />ROSELAWN AVENUE BETWEEN HAMLINE AND VICTORIA <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted December 15, 2008, received the <br />feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of: <br />Nei hborhood Street From To <br />57/59/60 Roselawn Avenue Hamline Ave Victoria Street <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and <br />the hearing was held thereon on January 26, 2009, at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 26, <br />2009. <br />3. The City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Roe, Johnson, <br />Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none <br />
