EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF [.lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, tlHNNESOTA, HELD APRIL 15, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, 1v!innesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 15, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: r1ayor Moll, Councilmen Shields, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: None MEMBER SHIELDS introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2088 WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that section of the municipality generally lying between Rice Street, South Owasso Boulevard, Western Avenue and Iona Lane by installation of storm sewers and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improverr~nt pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recolTh'11ended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Meniber Curley and upon vote being taken thereon all present voted in favor thereof.
