<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD APRIL 15,1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 15, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2089 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER <br />TO SIGN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FOR WATER SERVICE BETWEEN <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Manager are authorized <br />to sign a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto marked <br />"Exhibit A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
