<br />Section XI. <br /> <br />Regulations <br /> <br />A. It is agreed by and between the parties that <br /> <br />Exhibit "C" contains a series of regulations which are required <br /> <br />to be imposed upon Arden Hills pursuant to this contract. Arden <br /> <br />Hills also agrees to be bound by all those regulations a s set <br /> <br />forth in Exhibit" C" . <br /> <br />B. Arden Hills agrees to do no act which will <br /> <br />jeopardize Roseville's contractual relationship with St. Paul and <br /> <br />to take all rea sonable affirmative acts to protect Roseville' s con- <br /> <br />tractual rights with St. Paul. <br /> <br />C. Arden Hills agrees to adopt any reasonable <br /> <br />ordinance requested by Roseville to protect the water facilities <br /> <br />and water in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />D. Arden Hills will not sell any water to any <br /> <br />other municipality without first receiving permission from Roseville. <br /> <br />E. Arden Hills agrees that it will in no event sell <br /> <br />water for a less amount than sold by Roseville to its retail customers. <br /> <br />Section XII. <br /> <br />Arbitration <br /> <br />In the event there is any dispute by the parties <br /> <br />over the terms of this contract, both agree to be bound by arbitration <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute 1965, Chapter 572, and any subse- <br /> <br />quent amendments. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
