<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement i.~o. 67-28A <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2Q92 <br /> <br />RESOLTUIOl:;f ORDERI1~G IMPROVEMEl\JT NO.. 67-28A <br />U1\jDER Al"lD PURSt1Ai.rr TO MIj;mESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AME.L-4DED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions <br />of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on <br />proposed ~provement ao. 67-28A consisting of the acquisition <br />of right of way for permanent street surfacing together <br />with curb and gutter and necessary storm sewer utilities <br />at a cost estimated presently to be approximately $100,000, <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineer- <br />ing report which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village Vsnager: and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the Council does hereby determine and order that said <br />improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special <br />assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and that the <br />area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will <br />consist of the property as described in the notice of <br />hearing, or portion thereof: and that the village consulting <br />engineers are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council final plans and specifications for the construction <br />of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded byMernber Linebar~~d upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
