<br />Resolution No. 2093 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-28 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed Improvement <br />No. 67-28 consisting of the installation of permanent street <br />surfacing together with curb and gutter and necessary storm <br />sewer utilities at a cost estimated presently to be <br />approx~ately $196,900, all substantially in accordance with <br />a prel~inary engineering report which is now on file in the <br />office of the Village Manager: and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the <br />premises, the Council does hereby deter.mine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and <br />special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and that the <br />area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will consist <br />of the property as described in the notice of hearing, or <br />portion thereof: and that the acting village engineers are <br />hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final <br />plans and specifications for the construction of said <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Linebarger, and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
