CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />Notice is given that the PLANNING <br />COMMISSION will hold ks regular <br />meeting at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Dr. on, March 4, 2009 at 6:30 p.m, to <br />consider these public hearings: <br />PLANNING FILE 09-002: Revised <br />request by Art Mueller for approval of a <br />Comprehensive Land Uae Plan <br />Amendment to change the land use <br />designation of 2025 Co. Rd. 6 from Low <br />Density Residential to High Density <br />Residential, Rezoning of the property <br />from Single Family Residence to <br />Planned Unit Development with an <br />underlying base zoning or General <br />Residence District, and a General <br />Concept Planned Unk Development <br />to allow a 55-unit, 3•story Active Senior <br />Living Community; the legal description <br />of the property is on file in the <br />Community Development Department. <br />PLANNING FILE 09-003: Request by <br />Wellington Management for approval of <br />a Rezoning of 9126 Sandhurst Dr. and <br />1267 Lexington Ave. to Planned Unit <br />Development from Single Family <br />Residential and General Business, <br />respectively, and a General Concept <br />Planned Untt Development to allow a <br />multi-tenant commercial office <br />redevelopment; the legal description of <br />the property is on file in the Community <br />Development Department. <br />(Roseville Review: Feb. 17, 2009) <br />
