<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota" was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2101 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />29th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 196~, at 1:30 o'clock P.M~ <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~bl1, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Ianebarger, and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2098 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO SANITARY SE.'Wm IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last <br />- <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13" 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey Count;y on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners" and <br />
