d. The INTERIM UsE shall be discontinued at the end of December 31, 2010. Any <br />continuation of the use beyond this date shall only be allowed pursuant to the <br />approval of a new application. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Johnson, <br />Ihlan, Roe, Pust, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
