2. The City hereby invokes its rights pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Agreement. <br />3. The City hereby authorizes the law firm of Ratwik Roszak & Maloney, P.A. to enforce its rights <br />under Section 8.2 of the Agreement and to initiate legal proceedings to recover the money owed <br />by Ryan Companies as authorized by Section 8.2(f) of the Agreement. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Roe and, after full <br />discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
