Adopt Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Bids for <br />Roselawn Avenue <br />Councilmember Ihlan clarified that bids would come before the City Council be- <br />fore any project approval and depending on bids received. <br />City Manager Malinen confirmed this statement. <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10688 entitled, <br />"Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for <br />Bids for Roselawn Avenue." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Johnson; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />g. Approve Lease Extension for Wildlife Rehabilitation Center Parking Lot <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if the Letter of Credit was still extended; with <br />Parks & Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke confirming that it was. <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation <br />to sign the lease extension agreement as presented, with the Minnesota Wildlife <br />Rehabilitation Center, extending Section 3 of the Ground Lease, Redevelopment <br />and Use Agreement addendum from March 31, 2009 to December 31, 2013. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Johnson; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />h. Approve 2009 Parks Improvement Program Projects <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, authorizing the 2009 Park Improvement Program <br />(PIP) projects, as presented, with monies to be taken from the $215,000 appropri- <br />ated in the 2009 Budget for this program. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Johnson; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />i. Adopt Resolution Supporting Aeon's Application to Ramsey County for <br />CDBG Home Funds for Phase II of the HarMar Apartments Project <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10689 entitled, <br />"Resolution Supporting Aeon's Application for Ramsey County CDBG/Home <br />Funds for the Har Mar Apartments Phase II Project." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Johnson; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
