1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />� <br />Exhibit A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />7 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />8 Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June <br />9 15, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, relating <br />10 to the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing (Housing) District No. 18 <br />11 within Development District No. 1 and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment <br />12 Financing Plan therefore, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 through <br />13 469.1799, inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Tax Increment Financing Plan as <br />14 proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office <br />15 of the City Administrator at City Hall. <br />16 Development District No. 1 is coterminous with the entire corporate boundaries of <br />17 the City of Roseville.
