T-Mobile Radio Freyuency Engineers determine tlie location o�these Cell Sites after <br />analysis of cus#omer demand, site topograghy, signal proga�ation madels and relationship to existing Sites. The <br />proposed EagisCrest Tecrace facilfty was identif�ed by T-Mobile as a �ital Site necessary tv meet the increasing <br />cus�amer demands in thc �icinity �i 5nelling Aven�e and the surroiu�ding neighh�rhnods. <br />A C�li Site is typicaIly located on an existing structure (in this case, a multiple stary rasidential building) ti�at will <br />provide filie necessary height for adequate propagation ofthe signal to reach the targeted needs areas. At EagleCrest, <br />tIie fallowing equipment will need to be glaced in order to meet sqstem requirements: <br />• Tiuee (3) panel antennas mounted in a three t3) se�ctar arrangement. As propose�, two {2) of the anfennas <br />would be rnounted to pipes and located on the exisEing faise far�ade af the building as depicted on the attached <br />plan set and photo simulation. The third antenna woulci be located on the proposed equipment platform and <br />face west off of the roof. <br />• Equipment necessary far the operatian of the Site wan�d be �ocated on a 10' x 20' raised plat#'orm iocated on the <br />back portion of the roof as depicted on the glan set. 'F-Mabife is proposin� to incorporate a screenwali on the <br />plat%rm to provide screening of the equip�nent. <br />The proposed design of this instaIlatinn wauld appear to have nn effects on the existing PUD or operation of the <br />EaglaCrest Terrace faciIity. <br />
