That the Public Warks Depariment approve aiI iinal utility <br />and grading p�ans. <br />2. That the �andscape plan, inciuding landscaping in adjacent <br />neighbor yards, be reviewed and approved by Gi�y staff after <br />analysis of utility confiicts. <br />3. That City staff re��.ew final signage plans. A final design <br />and location of those signs shauld be submitted for review, <br />and aTl free standing signs should have a miniYnt�m af a 15 <br />foat setback.. <br />9. That a permit be obtained from Rice Creek Watershed District <br />for the drainage plan. This permit should be received prior <br />to �.he issuance of any City buildir►g permits. <br />5. That the final plan� for the 36 unit future phase of senio� <br />housing in the northwest corner of the site be designed as <br />shown on th� final PUD site plan. This means tha� the use <br />wiYl be for senior housing w�.th some assisted care provided, <br />There should be adequate parking in the location shown. The <br />bui3,ding wi11 be on estory and essentia�ly the size and <br />lac�tion shown, and the design and architectural character <br />of tha bui�dings sha12 be compatible with the other two new <br />buildings. <br />6. That the final plans for �he future col�ege build�.ng in the <br />northeast eorner be designed essentially as shown on th� <br />final PUA site plari.
