Chair poherty closed the Public Hearing at 7:15 p.m. <br />MOTION <br />Member Boerigter moved, seconded by Member poherty to RECOMMEND <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL of a PLANANED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT for Eagle Crest Senior Housing <br />LLC and T-Mobile allowing the installation of three (3) telecommunication <br />antennae on the roof of 2925 Lincoln Drive (independent senior building); <br />based on the comments of Section 6 and the condition of Section 7 of the <br />project report dated April l, 2009. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair poherty noted that the case was scheduled to be heard by the City Council at their Apri120, <br />2009 meeting. <br />
