The City Council approved plans and specifications and authorized advertisement for bid in February. Staff advertised the project for three weeks in March. The bids were opened at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2009. The project consists of work on the following segments of city streets and based on the bids received, staff recommends awarding the project to the lowest responsible bidder.
