Eosevi11e, as <br /> <br />shown upon the general layout p1anW1ich is presented herewith and made a <br /> <br /> <br />part hereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Commissioner of Highways proposes to make certain <br /> <br /> <br />improvements in said trunk highway through said Village of Rosevi11e <br /> <br /> <br />and is designating the general layout and points of access to said <br /> <br /> <br />trunk highway as shown on the general layout plan attached hereto, which <br /> <br />said plan is presented herewith and made part of this resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said general layout plan for the <br /> <br /> <br />location, improvement and designation of points of access to said trunk <br /> <br /> <br />highway through said Village of Rosevi1le 1:e and the same is hereThu <br /> <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when plans and specifecations Of said <br /> <br />improvements on Trunk Highway No. 51 have been completed and submitted <br /> <br /> <br />to this Council in accordance with the above proposal, the same will rie <br /> <br /> <br />approved by further resolution. <br /> <br />.!:l <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
