The commissions assist the council on specific areas of <br />interest. Commissioners are appointed by the City Council to serve three-year terms. <br />Commissioners serve on a volunteer basis, donating many hours to the City of Roseville. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />Publicly acknowledge the contributions that commissioners have made and thank them for <br />volunteering their time and talents to the City of Roseville. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />None <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Present certificates of appreciation to retiring commissioners. <br />Prepared by: William J.
