The organization has held a bottle club license since then and is applying for the renewal of their <br />license. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />Required by City Code <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period April 13, 2009 thru March 31, 2010 <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Motion approving/denying Knights of Columbus Sottle Club (set-up) License at 2233 North Hamline, Suite <br />S 12, expiring March 31, 2010. <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: Application <br />B: <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
