Pursuant to Section 515B.4-107{d) of the Act, the Assocfafiion shali, within ten days after a request by aza Owczer or the Owner's authorized representative, furnish the resale d.isclosure certificate. The Associ�tion niay charge a reasonable fee for f�arnishing the resale disclasure certificate and any documents reiated tliereto. , SECTION 6 ASSESSMENTS 6.1 �eneral. Assessm�nts s�l be deterrnined and assessed against the Un�ts by the Board; in its discretion, subject to the req�.irements and proced�-es set forth in this �ection 6 and the reqiurements of the �3�laws. Assessments shall include a.nnual Assessments under Section 6:2, and may include special Assessments under �ection 6.3 and limited Assessments under 5ection 6.4, Annual and special Assessments shall be allocated among ihe IJntts in accordaxice with the allocation formula set farth in Section 4.2. Limited Assessments under Section 5.4 sha11 be allocated to Units as set forth 'rn that Sectio�. 6.2 Annual Assessments.
