1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 26, 2009, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR MOORE'S MCCARRONS PRESERVE WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, J. W. Moore, Inc, contracted to construct certain improvements to serve the plat MOORE'S MCCARRONS PRESERVE including construction of Reservoir Woods Circle, watermain, sanitary sewer, infiltration basins, and storm sewer; and WHEREAS, J. W. Moore, Inc is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance and accept a two-year warranty, in the amount of $7,000, for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items commencing on January 27, 2009, and expiring on January 27, 2011. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
