Stat. F 428A.11 through F 42$A.21. The properties proposed to be subject to the improvernent fees are located within the Westwood Village I Hous�ng Improvement Area and are legally described as: Lots lthroUgh 3, Block 1, Lots 1 thraugh 8, Block 2, Lots 1 thraugh 7 Black 3, Lots 1 fhrough 4, Bloc�C 4, Lots 1 through 6, Block 5, Lots I througY� 5, Block 6, Lots I through 8, Block 7, Lots 1 through 6, Block S all in Westwood Village Townhouses Plat 1 All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing on the proposed fees and written comments will be considered. The estirnated cost to such improvements is $1,595,336.25. The amount proposeci to be assessed to your property is as follows: Housing Improverrients $34,950.53 ($2,330.04 per year} Staff recommends �he assessments be payable over 15 years at 7.75% interest.
