Stat. ' 428A.1.1 through ' 42$A.21. The properties proposed to be subject to the impravement fees are located within the Westwood Village I Housing I�nprovement Area and are legally described as: Lots lthrough 3, Block 1, Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, Lots 1 thraugh 7 Block 3, Lots 1 t�rough 4; Block 4, Lots 1 through 6, Black 5, Lots 1 tYtrough 5, Block 6, Lots 1�hrough &, Block 7, Lots 1 through C, Block S all in Westwaod Village �'ownhouses Plat 1 AIl interested persons wilI be given an apportunity to be heard at the public hearin.g on the proposed fees and written comments will be considered. The Estimated cost fo such improvements is $1,595,336.25. The amount proposed to be assessed to your property is as follows: Housing Improven�ents $32,181.$3 (�2l 45.46 per year} Staff recommends the assessments be payabl.e over 15 years at 7.75°/a interest. NO ADDITIONAL NOTICE OR BILL WILL B� S�NT IN REFERENCE TO THIS ASSESSMENT. Various aptions are available to pay the princi.pal ainou�t of the assess��ent (improvement fee) after the City Council has adopted, by resolution, the assessrnent roll. They include: A.
