Stat. ' 42$A.11 through ' 428A.21. 'I'he properties proposed to be subject to the improve�nent fees are located within the Westwaod Village I Hausing Improvement Ar�a and are legally described as: Lots lthrough 3, B3ock l, Lots l throu.gh 8, Block 2, Lots 1 through 7 Block 3, Lots I through 4, Block 4, Lots 1 through 6, Block 5, Lots 1 thro�gh 5, Block 6, Lots 1 through S, Block 7, Lots 1 through 6, Block S all in Westwood Village Townhouses Plat 1 AI1 interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing on the proposed fees and written coir►ments will be considered. The estimated cost to such irnprovements is $1,595,336.25. The arr�ount propased to be assessed to your property is as follows: Housing Tmprovements $31,074.35 ($2,071.62 per year) Staff recommends the assessments be payable aver 1 S years at 7.75% interest.
