(hereinafter "RBF") has submitted an <br />Application for Off-Sale I�ic}uor License to the City to operate an off-sa�e liquor store to be <br />located at 1201 L,arpenteur Av�nu�; Roseville, Minnesota (hereinafter "Application"). <br />t�e Cellars and 12��' have entered inta a definitive agreen�ent that provides for, among <br />other ite�ns, to transfer t��e existing off sale liquor lice��se issued to T"he Cellars by tihe City on the <br />condition that the City approves tl�e pending Application and appraval oi transfer of the existing <br />off=sale liquor license of TI�e Cellars to RBF. The Cellars' understa��ds t�a� the Roseville City <br />Council will proceed thro��gh �he steps required i�i Rosevi[l�e Ci�y Code�, S�cfion 302.0� et. se�c.; <br />with respect to the submitied Applicaii.on and proposed transfer.
