At this point, I
believe we cannot expect that the market wilI redevelop the Twin Lakes property anytirne saon.
Threfore, staff will continue to work with the property owners to enforce the codes and keep a safe and
clean area ot in Twin Lakes. With spring coming and thus greater access and visibility of the sites, I
have instructed the Code Enforcement staff to undertake a systematic inspection of the praperties wihin
Twin Lakes and note code any violations. With the results of the inspections, the City will contact the
property awners and infarm them what violatons exist and what corrective action should be undertaken.
Once again, thank you for sharing your concerns about tYe properties within Twin Lakes. If you hae
any oiher questions andlor comments; I would be happy to help you.
Pat
Patrick Trudgean, AICP
City of Roseville
Community Development Director
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113
(651) 792-7071
(65'i ) 792-7070 (fax)
pat.trudgeonCaci.roseville.mn.us
www.ci.roseville.mn.us
3/17/20Q9
