The City and Ryan Twin Lakes <br />Limited Partnership {"Ryan") entered a Development Agreement ("Agreement") on March 24, <br />1997. <br />Pursuant to �he Agreement, Ryan was obliga�ed to repay the City any portian of the of <br />C�ty's loans to Ryan which were o�ttstanding on I�ecember 31, 2007. The City has calculated <br />that the �meunt o4ved b}T Ryan �.�r_der the A�rPement is ninety-three tf�ousand five hundred <br />seventy four dollars ($93,574).
