EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd <br />day of March 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Johnson, Roe, and Klausing; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10697 <br />RESOLUTION OF APPLICANT <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville acts as the legal sponsor for the Twin <br />Lakes project contained in the Redevelopment Grant Program to be submitted on August <br />1, 2008, and that Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to apply to the <br />Department of Employment and Economic Development for funding of this project on <br />behalf of the City of Roseville. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has the legal authority to apply <br />for financial. assistance, and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to <br />ensure adequate project administration. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sources and amounts of the local match <br />identified in the application are committed to the project identified. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has not violated any Federal, <br />State or local laws pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of <br />interest or other unlawful or corrupt practice. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by the state, <br />
