EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 18th day of May, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe; Johnson; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing and the <br />following members were absent: none <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10707 <br />RESOLUTION FOR MINNESOTA PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY <br />APPLICATION -DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville is hereby applying to the Minnesota Public <br />Facilities Authority for a loan from the Drinking Water Revolving Fund for improvements to <br />its drinking water system as described in the loan application. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville estimates the loan amount to be <br />$693,000 or the as-bid cost of the project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has the legal authority to apply for <br />the loan, and the financial, technical, and managerial capacity to repay the loan and ensure <br />proper construction, operation and maintenance of the project for its design life. <br />The motion was duly seconded by Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Roe; Johnson; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing and the following voted <br />against: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
