RESOLUTION :1c- ~:? C, WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHERF.JLS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to all approximate depth of 20 to )0 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: The Northerly 15 feet of the following parcel of land: Commencing at the it corner on the S line of the swt of Sec. 4, Town 29, Range 2.3, thence North along it line 660 feet to the point of beginnin~ of the land hereby conveyed, thence North along the '4t line 660 feet to a point, thence lolest parallel 'Wlhth South line of said sWi 660 feet to a point, thence South parallel with the West line of said swt 660 feet to a point, thence East parallel wi th the South line of said swt 660 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres of land. Together with a temporary construction easement over the Southerly 15 feet of the Northerly 30 feet of said parcel. Also: The South 15 feet of Lot 9, Block D, Twin View and other R.E.; Together with a temporary construction easement over the Northerly 15 feet of the Southerly )0 feet of said Lot 9. RESOLVED further I that Beldin H.
