EXTRACT OF KXNUTES OF KEETXNG OF CXTY COUNCXL CXTY OF ROSEVXLLE RAMSEY COUNTY, KXNNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of May, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTXON NO. 8945 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION ON IMPROVEMENT ST-93-18, LADY SLIPPER PARK WHEREAS, a petition requesting improvements to Lady Slipper Park in the south bay of Lake Owasso in the City of Roseville filed with the council on May 24, 1993, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.035. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be received. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 24th day of May, 1993, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement No. ST-93-18.
